| Fees - Make checks payable to American Gothic Cat Club. No post-dated checks will be accepted. All fees must accompany the entries. Returned check charge - $75. There will be NO refunds. Confirmation of entries will be sent to the exhibitor, after receipt by the Entry Clerk. Check the confirmation for correctness and notify the Entry Clerk of any errors. Maps and motel information will be sent with the confirmation.
Area Motels - 8 minutes from show hall: Red Roof, 4031 N War Memorial Dr, (309-685-3911) ; Show Hall - Directions to show hall will be provided with the show confirmation. The show hall is heated and air-conditioned and handicap accessible. Show hall is a non-smoking facility. People food is available. FREE PARKING. All exhibitors must have permission to leave early from the Show Manager. Raffle Table - Yes, we are having a raffle table!!!! Since this is a "new" club, any help you can provide by donating items for the raffle will be greatly appreciated. Not only will this support the club itself, but a number of local shelters, etc., as well. Advertising - Business card - $5; 1/4 page - $10; 1/2 Page - $20; Full Page - $30; Inside Covers - $50 with camera-ready ads only. General - This show is licensed by the Cat Fanciers’ Association, Inc. (CFA). All CFA Show Rules will be strictly enforced. To obtain a copy of the current Show Rules, order online at www.cfa.org/catalog/pubs.html or send your request with $7.00 to CFA, 260 East Main Street, Alliance, OH 44601. All Championship, Premiership and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. This is a non-vetted show. All entries, except kittens, must be registered with CFA. No kittens under the age of 4 months will be allowed in the show hall. You are advised to have your entries inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus, rabies, and be FeLV tested before entering. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Litter and water will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, water dishes, and cat food. Cage size is 21”x21”x21” (single), 21”d x 44”w x 21”h (double). Household Pets (HHPs) - Cindy Willoughby (manekuncat@aol.com) is our Household Pet (HHP) and New Exhibitor contact person. If you have any questions about entering in HHP, or for the new exhibitors, what you need to bring to a show, please do not hesitate to ask Cindy, or contact either of the Show Managers. HHP entries must be at least 4 months old, spayed/neutered (if over 8 months), and must not be declawed.
