Show Hall- Chili Greens Golf & Sports Dome is handicapped assessible and air conditioned with free parking. It is a non-smoking show. Bring cat into the show hall in a carrier.

Closing Date - EB Entries must be postmarked by 4/18/2005, Regular entries must be received by 5/16/2005. EXPRESS MAIL - SIGNATURE MUST BE WAIVED.

Fees - ALL FEES MUST ACCOMPANY THE ENTRIES. Postdated checks will not be accepted unless arrangements have been made with the entry clerk. Please print legibly or type all entry blanks and forms. The entry clerk will call collect for clarifications, if necessary, to check color classes if missing or illogical. No entry fee will be refunded for failure to bench. Maps will be sent with confirmation. Benching requests will be honored whenever possible.

Show Hours - The advertised show hours will be from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday. Judging will start promptly at 8:30 a.m. Exhibitors may check in between 7-8 a.m. on Saturday. All entries are EXPECTED to remain until the advertised closing time. Early removal without permission of the show manager will result in all wins being voided. Kittens and HHPs are exempt from this rule.

Supplies - LItter will be provided. Bring your own litter pans, cat food and dishes. A single cage is provided by the club for each entry. Cages will be 21" x 21" x 21" (single) and 21" x 21" x 45" (double). Bring curtains or towels to hang on the inside, top and bottom of the cage. Curtain pattern and directions on Club website.

Sales Cages - AVAILABLE ONLY TO EXHIBITORS. All kittens must be at least four months old and have litter registration as proof. No kittens are to be sold for under $100. Positively NO kittens under table.

Catalog Advertising - Full page - $35 ($25 to clubs for show ads), half page - $20, quarter page - $10, business card - $5. Contact Show Manager for availability. Hard copy and fees must be received by May 18, 2005.

Vendor Space/Ring Sponsors - For $200 you receive a ring sign acknowledging your sponsorship, your name on the rosettes, a full page ad in the catalog, a vendor space, acknowledgement in the show catalog. Contact Show Manager for information.

Ribbons and Awards - Ribbons and rosettes will be awarded, according to CFA rules. Permanent flats will be used for all except BOB, 2BOB, BCH/BPR. Fabric ribbons will be available for exchange upon request. All championship, premiership and registered kittens will be scored for CFA Regional and National awards.

CFA Show Rules - This is a CFA licensed show.  CFA Show rules will be strictly enforced.  Show rules may be obtained by sending $5 to: CFA, 1805 Atlantic Ave., PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005.  This is a non-vetted show.  All entries should be vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus and rabies, and be tested for feline leukemia before entry.  Cats must be free of fleas, ear mites, fungus and any contagious illness.  All claws must be clipped.  Declawed cats are not eligible for entry (including HHP).  No kittens under the age of 4 months will be permitted in the show hall.

Liability - Creative Cats Club members will take reasonable care to safeguard the property of exhibitors. Neither the club, its members or Chili Greens Golf & Sports Dome will be liable for any loss or damage. No cats may be left in show hall overnight. There will be no vending from cages or grooming spaces.
