| Show Hotel: SHOW HOTEL is the LaQuinta in Auburn, 260-920-1900. Rates are $79. You MUST call directly for these rates, and you MUST mention MICE when making reservations. Rooms will be held until 7/9 at this rate. There is no pet fee, and they have a breakfast bar in the lobby. There is a KOA campsite adjoining the show hall.
Area Motel: Super 8 - 503 Ley Drive, Auburn, IN 46706, 219-927-8800 Show Hall: The show hall is non smoking, temperature controlled and handicapped accessible. People food will be available!!! Special Information - Entry clerk will call collect if there are any problems with entry infomation. In accordance with CFA Rules, check must accompany entries; no post-dated checks accepted. Signature waiver must accompay overnight deliveries. Make checks payable to Mid-Indiana Cat Enthusiasts. The Show Hall is air-conditioned or heated. Food will be sold in the show hall. The Show Management will not be liable for any loss or damage. Information - This show is licensed by CFA and its rules will be strictly applied. A copy of the rules costs $5 from CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08376. This is a non-vetted show. All cats must be free from parasites, fungus and contagious diseases. The show committee reserves the right to remove any cat or kitten, that is suspected of any of the above, until examined by a veterinarian at the owner's expense. All entries must be inoculated against rhinotracheitis/pneumitis, feline enteritis, calici virus and should test negative for FELV prior to entering the show hall. All claws of entries must be clipped before being judged. Declawed felines are not eligible for entry in any class. Kitten registration numbers must be printed in ink in the master catalog to be scored. All entries eight months and older must have a reg # printed in the catalog. All AOV, Provisional or Misc. entries must have a reg #. No kittens under 4 months of age, verified by CFA registration, will be permitted in the show hall. Benching requests are limited to one per exhibitor, and there are limited end of rows available. Benching requests will be honored in the order that entries are received by the entry clerk. Litter will be provided but bring your own litter pans, cat food and water dishes. A single cage sized 21x21x21 is provided with each entry. The double cage size is 21x21x45. Bring cage curtains, towels or sheets to hang on the top, sides and bottom of the cages. Exhibitors who bring their own cages mlust purchase a double cage for each security cage. Liability - MICE cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage concerning valuables, belongings and vehicles. |
