CFA Show Rules - This is a CFA licensed show.  CFA Show rules will be strictly enforced.  Show rules may be obtained by sending $7 to: CFA, 260 East Main Street, Alliance, OH 44601.  This is a non-vetted show.  All entries should be vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus and rabies, and test negative for FeLV..  Cats must be free of fleas, ear mites, fungus and any contagious illness.  All claws must be clipped.  Declawed cats are not eligible for entry (including HHP).  No kittens under the age of 4 months will be permitted in the show hall. Proof of age (CFA litter registration) may be requested.

Hotels: There is no official show hotel. Please get your reservation early. Some hotels fill up fast. List of hotels that accept pets follows, but please verify that the motels still accept pets when making reservations:

Entries - NO REFUNDS DUE TO FAILURE TO BENCH!!!! All fees must accompany the entries. Post dated checks will not be accepted unless arrangements have been made with the entry clerk. Please print legibly or type all entry blanks and forms. Benching requests will be honored whenever possible. No entry fee will be refunded for failure to bench. Midlands Cat Fanciers will not be liable for any loss or damage. Vending from cages or grooming spaces is not allowed.

Show Hall - The Kroc Community Center is handicapped accessible, air conditioned and provides free parking. Reasonable care will taken of all cats and personal property; however, neither the show management nor Midlands Cat Fanciers, INC., will be liable for any loss or damage.

Catalog Advertising and Ring Sponsors - Rates for catalog advertising are: Full page - $35; half page - $20; Quarter page - $10; business card - $5. For $50 you may be a ring sponsor and will receive a ring sign acknowledging your sponsorship, a full page ad in the catalog and a vendor space. Please contact the show manager.

Sales Cages - AVAILABLE ONLY TO EXHIBITORS. There may be a limit of one double cage per exhibitor .All kittens must be at least four months old and have litter registration as proof. There is a maximum of two kittens or one cat per single cage. All sales animals must be in cages. Positively NO cats or kittens will be allowed in carriers under the tables.

Household Pets (HHPs) - HHPs will be judged in all six rings. All cats over 8 months old must be altered. The show management may require proof of altering. No declawed cats may be shown.

Ribbons and Awards - Ribbons and rosettes will be awarded, according to CFA rules. Permanent flats will be used for all except BOB, 2BOB, and BCH/BPR. Fabric ribbons will be available. All championship, premiership and registered kittens will be scored for CFA Regional and National awards.

New Exhibitors - Litter will be provided. Bring your own litter pans, cat food and water dishes. Bring a rug or towel for the bottom of the cage and a towel or sheet to cover the sides, a litter pan, food, water bowls. A single cage is included with your entry fee. CAGES WILL BE 21" x 21" x 21" (single) AND 21" x 21" x 45" (double) Litter will be provided.

Transportation - We regret that we do not have sufficient resources to provide transportation from the airport for the exhibitors who are flying to the show.
