Show Hotel: La Quinta Airport/Lynhurst, 5316 W Southern, 317-247-4281. $64.50 plus tax. Ask for Group #140. Rooms held until 2/19/10. FREE airport shuttle. We are sorry, but we will be unable to help with transportation.

Rules: It is advised that all entries be tested for FELV and be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against Feline Enteritis, Rhinotracheitis, Calici Virus and rabies before entry. Claws of all four feet must be clipped prior to benching. No declawed cats may be entered. No kitten under four (4) months of age is to be allowed in the show hall. All cats must be free of fleas, fungus, ear mites, and any contagious illness. Show Management reserves the right to cause the removal of any cat from the show hall suspected of any of the above until a licensed veterinarian can make an examination at the exhibitor's expense. Exhibitors will bring their own litter pans and food; litter will be provided. All championship, premiership and registered kitten entries will be scored for CFA regional and national awards. Flat ribbons will be available.

Make checks payable to Midwest TGIF. US Mail Overnight must waive signature. Portable cages must pay for double cage.

This show will be conducted under current CFA rules. A copy of these rules may be obtained by sending in $5.00 to CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005.

Club is not responsible for faxed or emailed entries not received because of communication errors or technical glitches. If you fax or email, check with Sharon to make sure she received your entry.

Show Info:
Portable Cage must pay double cage price. No charge for end of row benching for handicapped.

Cages/Sales Cages: A single cage measures 21" x 21" x 21". A double cages measures 21" x 21" x 42". PORTABLE CAGES MUST PAY FOR DOUBLE CAGE. PLEASE INDICATE IF YOU HAVE A SECURITY CAGE ON YOUR ENTRY. There will be limit of one double sales cage per exhibitor. To have a sales cage, the exhibitor must have at least one CFA registered entry in the show. Kittens must be at least four months old. CFA litter registrations will be required by show management. There is a maximum of two kittens or one cat per single cage. All sales animals must be in a cage. Positively NO cats or kittens will be allowed in carriers under the tables.

Liability: Midwest TGIF will take reasonable care to safeguard the property of exhibitors. Neither the club, its members or the Indiana State Fairgrounds will be liable for any loss or damage. No guard service will be available Saturday evening and all cats must be removed from the show hall during the evening hours. 

Confirmation: Confirmation of entry will be sent to the exhibitor after receipt by the entry clerk. If questions arise concerning entry, collect calls will be made to insure accurate entries. Included with the confirmation will be map of the area showing the location of the show hall, show hotel and other hotels in the area.

Show Hall: Climate controlled building and equipped for handicapped access. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE SHOW HALL. Designated areas outside are available for smoking. Handicapped benching requests shall be accommodated whenever possible at no extra charge to the exhibitor. PEOPLE FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE.
