Fees - Make checks payable to the Midwest Region. Per show rule all fees must be received within 10 days of entry or prior to benching, whichever comes first. The entry clerk will call COLLECT if any clarification of entry is required. No post dated checks or phone entries will be accepted. No fee will be returned for failure to bench. Only one benching request per exhibitor. Smoking is not permitted where cats are benched or judged (this is a non-smoking facility).

Breed Booth- We will have Breed Booth space available for FREE – first come, first served. Booth space is limited – contact the show manager to reserve your space - we are doing TONS of advertising – get ready to promote your breed!!

General - All championship, premiership and registered kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. Permanent flats will be used. All entries must be registered with CFA except kittens and HHP. No kittens under the age of four months will be allowed in the show hall. This show is licensed by the Cat Fanciers' Association, Inc. All CFA Show Rules will be strictly enforced. To obtain a copy of the current Show Rules, send your request with $5 to CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005.Household Pets will be scored for Region 6 Regional Awards only.

This is a non-vetted show. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching and kittens/cats must be free from fleas, fungus, ear mites, or any infectious or contagious illness. Exhibitors are advised that all kittens or cats be inoculated against feline panleukopenia feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses, rabies and tested for and found negative for FeLV prior to entry. Cats may not remain in the show hall overnight. Cage size is 21x21x21 (single opening). Show hall is heated/air conditioned, non-smoking, and handicap accessible. Litter will be provided.

Novice Exhibitors: Please inform entry clerk if you are a new exhibitor, we will be happy to assist you. Bring towel or rug for cage floor & material for sides and top, with clips to fasten material. Please bring bed, food & water dishes and small litterbox.

CFA Midwest Region will take reasonable care to safeguard exhibitor’s property. Neither the Midwest Region, CFA, the Interstate Banquet and Conference center nor the Show Committee will be liable for any loss or damage to property.

* Rules for Cash Prizes: Only entries received by May 12 (mailed, faxed, online) will earn exhibitors chances in the cash drawing. If the entries have not been fully paid by May 22, the chance will be withdrawn. The prize amount will be determined by the total entries in the show when the show closes. Prize award will be made on Sunday, June 1, 2008, at the show hall. Exhibitor must be present to win.

Transportation - Unfortunately the Midwest Region is unable to provide transportation for fly-in exhibitors.

Take I-80 East to I-74 at Moline, IL; Take I-74 East to I-55, go South to Exit 160, Route 9 (Market Street). Turn right and go West 3/4 mile; turn right into the Interstate Center.

From Indianapolis, IN:
Take I-74 West to Bloomington-Normal, IL and meet I-55 North; take I-55/74 to Exit 160; turn Left and go West on IL Route 9 for 3/4 of a mile; turn right into the Interstate Center.

From Madison, WI:
Take I-90/94 South to I-39 at Rockford, IL. Take I-39 South to I-55 at Bloomington-Normal; take I-55 South to Exit 160, Turn right and go West on Route 9 (Market Street). ; go 3/4 mile; turn right into the Interstate Center.

From St. Louis, MO:
Take I-55 North to Bloomington-Normal, IL; take Exit 160; turn left and go West on IL Route 9 for 3/4 of a mile; turn right into the Interstate Center.
