Confirmation: Make checks payable to Southern Illinois Feline Fanciers. ALL FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRIES. The Entry Clerk will call collect concerning any entry clarification. Confirmation of entry will be sent to the exhibitor after receipt by the entry clerk. If questions arise concerning entry, collect calls will be made in an attempt to reach exhibitor to insure accurate entries. Included with the confirmation will be map of the area showing the location of the show hall. There will be NO refund for failure to bench.

Show Hall: The Pavilion is located directly north of Illinois Centre Mall at 1602 Sioux Drive in Marion.The show hall is air-conditioned and handicapped accessible and has free parking. Show Hall will be air-conditioned.

Area Motels: Super 8 - 618-993-5577

Rules: No veterinarian inspection will be required prior to benching. However, it is advised that all entries be tested for FELV and be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis, calici and rabies before entry. Claws of all four feet must be clipped. No declawed cats may be entered. All cats must be free of fleas, fungus, ear mites and any contagious illness. Show Management reserves the right to have any cat suspected of any of the above removed from the show hall until a licensed veterinarian can make an examination at the exhibitor's expense.

Exhibitors should bring their own litter pans and food; litter will be provided. A single cages is approximately 21" x 21" x 21". Novice exhibitors should bring towels or fabric and fasteners for the sides, bottom and top.

Show Management will require litter registration and proof of age on all kittens for sale. All kittens and cats for sale must be registered with the show secretary. You must have an entry in the show to have a sales cage.

All championship, premiership and registered kitten entries will be scored for CFA regional and national awards. Permanent flats will be used, but ribbons will be available on request. This show will be conducted under current CFA rules. A copy of these rules may be obtained by sending $5 to CFA, P.O. Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005. Contributions to the awards fund would be greatly appreciated.

Awards: Ribbons and rosettes will be provided in accordance with show rules. Contributions to the awards fund would be greatly appreciated.

Liability: The Southern Illinois Feline Fanciers will take reasonable care to safeguard the property of exhibitors. Neither the SILFF, its members or the Williamson County Pavilion will be liable for any loss or damage. No guard service will be available Saturday evening and all cats must be removed from the show hall during the evening hours.
