Confirmation: Make checks payable to Tiger's Lair Cat Club. ALL FEES MUST ACCOMPANY SNAIL MAIL ENTRIES. Those who enter online may mail fee or pay at the door. Outstanding balances owed must be received IN FULL by final closing date. The Entry Clerk will call collect concerning any entry clarification. Confirmation of entry will be sent to the exhibitor after receipt by the entry clerk. If questions arise concerning entry, collect calls will be made in an attempt to reach exhibitor to insure accurate entries. Included with the confirmation will be map of the area showing the location of the show hall. There will be NO refund for failure to bench. Vendors: Heather Fuller, 1315 S. Day's Inn, 1900 I-70 Drive SW, I-70 & Stadium Blvd., Exit 124, 573-445-8511. Day's Inn has reserved a block of rooms for Tiger's Lair show. Room rate is $49 per night. Catalog Ad Rates: Full Page - $35, Half Page - $25, Quarter Page - $20, Business Card - $10 - All ads must be camera ready and received by the entry clerk no later than Oct. 18, 2004. Show Hall: The show hall is handicapped accessible and temperature controlled with heat and air-conditioning. No smoking is allowed in show hall. People food is available. From I-70-Exit 128, go north on Highway 63N approximately 3.2 miles to the Oakland Gravel Road Exit. Exit and turn right at the stop sign. At the "T" in the road turn right again and then take a left at Coliseum to enter the Fairgrounds. There should be a sign indicating the building where the show will be held. Rules: It is advised that all entries be tested for FELV and be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against Feline Enteritis, Rhinotracheitis, Calici Virus and rabies before entry. Claws of all four feet must be clipped prior to benching. No declawed cats may be entered. No kitten under four (4) months of age is to be allowed in the show hall. All cats must be free of fleas, fungus, ear mites, and any contagious illness. Show Management reserves the right to cause the removal of any cat from the show hall suspected of any of the above until a licensed veterinarian can make an examination at the exhibitor's expense. Exhibitors will bring their own litter pans and food; litter will be provided. All championship, premiership and registered kitten entries will be scored for CFA regional and national awards. Flat ribons will be available. This show will be conducted under current CFA rules. A copy of these rules may be obtained by sending in $5.00 to CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005. Cages: A single cage measures 21" x 21" x 21". A double cages measures 21" x 21" x 42". PORTABLE CAGES MUST PAY FOR DOUBLE CAGE. PLEASE INDICATE IF YOU HAVE A SECURITY CAGE ON YOUR ENTRY. Liability: Tiger's Lair Cat Club will take reasonable care to safeguard the property of exhibitors. Neither the club, its members or the Boone County Fairgrounds will be liable for any loss or damage. No guard service will be available Saturday evening and all cats must be removed from the show hall during the evening hours. The show hall is air-conditioned, heated and handicap accessible. Smoking is outside. |
