Entries - Entry clerk will call collect if there are any problems with your entry information. We will attempt to honor one benching request per exhibitor. In accordance with CFA Rules your check must accompany entries or within 10 days of online or fax entry. Make checks payable to Twin City Cat Fanciers, Inc. No post-dated checks accepted; no phone entries will be taken. Signature waiver must accompany overnight deliveries. A $10 fee will be charged for failure to provide waiver. A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks. There is no charge for online or faxed entries. NO CALLS AFTER 10 P.M., please. A map will be sent with confirmation. Show hall has heat, air conditioning and ample free parking and is handicapped accessible. End of row benching for clerks and handicapped accessibility. Handicapped benching requests will be accommodated at no additional charge to the exhibitor. We will attempt to honor ONE benching request per exhibitor. End of row benching for clerks and handicapped accessibility. Raffle - TCCF will have a GREAT raffle table full of wonderful items!!! HHPs - Household Pets will be judged in five All-Breed rings. HHPs must be spayed or neutered and may not be declawed. Show Hotel - No official Show Hotel Area Hotels: - Red Roof, Inn, I-494 at Valley Creek Rd., Woodbury, 651-738-7160. no pet fee General - All championship, premiership and registered kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. All entries must be registered with CFA except kittens and HHPs. No kittens under the age of four months will be allowed in the show hall. Exhibitors must have litter registration available in the show hall to verify age of kittens. Only 1 cat or 2 kittens will be allowed per sales cage. No kitten sales from the ending area. No cats will be allowed in the show hall that are not entered or benched in sales cages. There will be no veterinarian inspection prior to benching. All cats must be free from fleas, ear mites or any infectious or contagious illness. You are advised to have your cat inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus and rabies and tested for feline leukemia virus before entry. Front and rear claws must be clipped prior to benching. No declawed cats may be entered. Parents are expected to supervise their children at all times! CFA SHOW RULES WILL BE IN EFFECT. Copies of CFA Show Rules may be obtained for $5.00. Show Standard is free for individual breed or $5.00 for complete set. Contact CFA Central Office, PO Box 1005, 1805 Atlantic Ave., Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005. These documents can also be downloaded from the CFA website. In accordance with Minnesota state statutes and CFA rules, there will be NO SMOKING in the show hall. Bring your cat to the show hall in a carrier or other sturdy container. You will need drapes or towels to hang on the inside and cover the top and the bottom of the cage. TCCF, Inc. reserves the right to add judges not named in the premium list to judge nonchampionship and nonpremiership classes. Twin City Cat Fanciers, Inc., will take reasonable care to safeguard the property of exhibitors. Neither the club, its members or the Veterans Memorial Community Center will be liable for any loss or damage. Cages - Approximate size is 21” x 21” x 21” (single cage included with entry) Supplies - Litter and water will be provided. Please bring your own litter pan. |
